Our Curriculum

To provide a safe, secure and inviting environment, ensuring children’s wellbeing and development is reached to its fullest potential.

At ZoZo’s Day Nursery, we believe our nursery is a magical place to Learn, Share and Grow!

We aim to encourage our children:

· To learn to be independent, curious, creative and adventurous. To learn to understand the world around them and blossom their imaginations.

· To share emotions, feelings and opinions. To share cultures, faiths and beliefs.

· To grow in confidence and as a community.

Our Curriculum consists of the Birth to 5 matters and the points highlighted above. Our approach to learning is inspired by the curiosity approach and being ‘in the moment’. We also believe children thrive from a combination of child led and adult led activities structured around the 7 areas of learning:

· Personal, social and emotional development

· Literacy

· Understanding the world

· Expressive arts and design
